Tanshinone ¢ò A Joint Ep Regimen In The Treatment Of Extensive Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer Clinical Research

Objective:To observe the clinical efficency that Tanshinone IIA joint EP treat the patients of extensive-disease small cell lung cancer, and the effect that Tanshinone IIA prevent multidrug resistanceMethods:42 cases with extensive-disease small cell lung cancer randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group.21 patients in each group.Result:Statistical analysis use SPSS 16.0.1.The response rate of treatment group is71.4%Slightly higher than 57.1%of control group, but there is no significant difference in the both groups(P>0.05). 2.Quantitative changes about MRP:there is significant difference in both groups (P<0.05).3.Comparison in Prevention of multidrug resistance,there is significant difference in both groups (P<0.05).Conclusions:Tanshinone IIA may have a trend of improve the efficacy of EP treatment of EP-SCLC,and could prevent the multidrug resistance,and also be not increase the toxicity of chemotherapy.Key...
