| Object To observe effects of Jiawei Danshen Yin(JWDSY) on EPCs in peripheral blood, endothelial cells and apoptosis of myocardial VEGF of the blood stasis IRI of rat.Methods 100 rats were divided into 5 groups:Normal group, Model group, rhEPO group, JWDSY group, rhEPO+JWDSY group, each group of 20.Model group, rhEPO group, JWDSY group and rhEPO+JWDSY group were modeling blood stasis syndrome of myocardial IRI. EPO group, JWDSY group and rhEPO+JWDSY group were in the myocardium before the 3d injected rhEPO,1 times/d, continuous three day, Normal group and Model group were injected with saline. Close chest after 6h in the group and rhEPO+JWDSY group, were administered JWDSY and 3d. Normal group, model group and normal saline irrigation rhEPO group 3d. In 3d,7d, respectively, specimens were taken from each group, which the percentage of peripheral blood changes in the EPCs and myocardial VEGF were detected. Data were caculated with SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results (1) Compared with the Normal group, and the remaining number of each group increased in cultured EPCs, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). JWDSY group, rhEPO group and rhEPO+JWDSY group could increase the number of EPCs culture, and at the same time the model group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). JWDSY rhEPO+JWDSY group and the number of EPCs group and rhEPO groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)(2) Compared with normal group, the average IOD value of other group rises, the difference has statistics meanings (P<0.05). JWDSY group, rhEPO group and rhEPO+JWDSY group can improve the average IOD value, and there is a statistics meaning (P<0.05) with time group's comparative difference of the model. JWDSY group and EPO group are not having statistics meaning (P>0.05) with the comparative difference of the average IOD value of time slot, the group of rhEPO+JWDSY is compared with JWDSY group and average IOD value of rhEPO group, the difference has statistics meanings (P<0.05).Conclusion 1. JWDSY can increase the number of peripheral blood EPCs to repair blood vessels and protect damaged myocardial tissue. 2.JWDSY enable enhanced VEGF expression in myocardial tissues, promote mobilization of bone marrow into peripheral blood in the EPCs, enhance angiogenesis in ischemic heart tissue protection.3.JWDSY and the efficacy of rhEPO in combination with a better than single. |
