Professor Zhuang Guokang The Treatment Of Eczema And Dermatitis Class Of Skin Diseases Clinical Diagnosis And Treatment Information Collection And Experience Mining Analysis

Objective: The clinical Information collection and analysis of the experience of Professor Zhuang Guokang belongs to key scientific research projects of Beijing—The clinical Information collection and analysis of the experience of the old well-known traditional Chinese medical doctors, which aims at build the database of the clinical experience of Professor Zhuang Guokang who is the old well-known TCM dermatology doctors, complete the database of the old. well-known TCM doctors in Beijing, and analyses the experiences of the old well-known TCM doctors, evaluates the assessment of response and research on basic theories of TCM and clinical use of Chinese medicine based on of the cliriical experience of the old well-known TCM doctors. This research is about the dermatitis and eczema patients of Professor Zhuang Guokang.Methods:choose 68 dermatitis and eczma patients (contain 182 medical cases) of Professor Zhuang Guokang, including 51eczema patients,15 atopic dermatitis patients,1 stasis dermatitis patients,1 eczematous PLE patients, and 2 secondary eczema. We designed template based on the descriptions of symptoms from《Clinical Dermatology》(3rd edition) and EASI table for gradings which is internationally agreed. Then we type those clinical cases into the information system, and check our medical records with the general discussion group to check whether their consistency with the original medical records. After that, we will analyse the connections of the cause of disease, pathogenesis, disease symptoms, therapies, prescription, effects in healing processes of Professor Zhuang Guokang combining the modern technology.So we can arrange his clinical experience of differentiation of diseases and combination of differentiation of symptoms and signs and differentiation of diseases. At the same time,we can evaluate and compare the rusult, get his academic point of view。We modify the datacase by agreement of Professor Zhuang Guokang, then built up this datacase and lock it up. In the end, we can attain experiences by analyzing these data with the help of BO information-excavating system, we analyse the records belonging to every patients by EASI table for gradings. then we can get the results.Results:The rate of the total cured patients is 64.7%, And we know that Professor Zhuang Guokang's opinions about dialectics and typing of dermatitis and eczema, and prescription against each types by analyzing the patients we collected. Genrally speaking, there are 4 basic types:pixu and shisheng, ganre and shisheng, shizhuo and pixu, shire and yin shang, and xueyu, fengzao and xinshenbuning are minor types. And Professor Zhuang Guokang have common hebals for each type. For pixu and shisheng, he invigorating the spleen and eliminating dampness using hebals like:cangzhu, houpo, chenpi, zhuling, fuling which effect at lishi, and using huashi, tongcao to diuresis;for ganre and shisheng, he clears away pathogenic heat and dampness using hebals like:longdan,huangqin, zhizi, chaihu, tongcao, cheqianzi, zexie, for shizhuo and pixu, he resolving damp with aromatics, choosing hebals like:huoxiang, peilan, xiangru, houpo, and adding fulingpi, dongguapi, baixianpi to assist resolving dampness. For shire and yinshang, he nourishes yin with those hebals:xuanshen,shengdi,yuzh,shihu,maidong,tiandong, and combine with above-mentioned 3 mythods, For those minor types, he uses danshen, dangguiwei, jixueteng, sanleng, ezhu to invigorate blood circulation, qianghuo, jingjie, fangfeng, baizhi to calming endogenous wind, while uses shengdi, shudi, yuanshen, maidong to moisturizing, and uses lingcishi, daizhishi, shengmuli, shijuming to tranquilizating.
