| Cheng Guopeng was a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty. When he was young, he accepted the Confucian education. Due to Frail health, he chose to study medicine. He worked very hard, and read mountains of books. After many years, he became one of the best doctors in his hometown. When he was old, he wrote a book called "Yixuexinwu", and wrote another book called "Waikeshifa" later. In the book, he combined the theory and clinical practice perfectly, and included the treatment of Shanghan and Zabing, the whole style of the book is simple. When it was published, it became the best-selling book soon. "bazibianzheng" and "Yimenbafa" what he said, made great contributions for the development of Chinese Medicine. And his views about Exogenous Febrile Diseases were very special. So this research paper mainly focuses on studying the medical books written by Cheng. This research also sums up Cheng's Exogenous Febrile Diseases in different aspects, including Cheng's special views, academic achievement, as well as the classical prescription use of Exogenous Febrile Diseases, the use of medication, the unique interpretation of six channels, and innovative method of articles compilation. Apart from systematically analyzing the inheritance and development of Cheng's academic views, this paper also points out the areas needed for discussion, which can be a new direction for future research on Exogenous Febrile Diseases.This paper is mainly divided into two parts:1)Cheng's biography, medical works and academic origin.2) Discussion Cheng' theory and standpoints about six channel disease, Bazibianzheng and Yimenbafa. Then compare with Exogenous Febrile Diseases' views.Through the research, we can find that Cheng's Bazibianzheng and liujingbianzheng have close relationship, when we diagnose disease, we should use liujingbianzheng to identify the site of disease, and use bazibianzheng to identify the attribute of disease. If we can combination them perfectly, good clinical efficacy can be achieve. In addition, Cheng use Yimenbafa to induction Zhongjing's three hundred ninety-seven treatment manners and one hundred and thirteen prescription, at last achieved very good result. When we treat disease, we must persist his principles, and not restrain the prescription, by this way, we can be a good doctor. Finally, Cheng use Relun'idea to explain Liujingzhengzhi, he improve the theory of Relun and create new prescription. Cheng provide new manner for research Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases. |
