Fetal Safety Treatment Of Recurrent Aura Of Abortion, The Aca (+) Clinical Observation

Objectives:To investigate the clinical effect of Taieran decoction on the patients who have RSA . To discuss the diagnosis and treatment law of RSA with Chinese Medicine , and discover the treatment principle of RSA with Taieran decoction.Methods:64 patients with pattern of kidney deficiency and blood stasis who have RSA with ACA(+) were randomly divided into therapy group with 34 cases and control group with 30 cases , therapy group is given Taieran decoction, control group were treated with aspirin, course of treatment in 2 weeks, so as to observe the clinical effect of RSA with ACA(+) between the two groups, and the level impacts of ACA,HCG,P.Results:1,The total effect rate of RSA between the two groups: the total effective rate of therapy group was 89.28%, the control group is 64%, suggesting that the treatment group has better efficients than control group.2,The score of TCM symptom: after and before treatment between the two groups in the symptom score were statistically significant (P <0.05), show that two solutions can almost improve clinical symptoms; the therapy group compared with the control group was significantly statistically significant (P <0.01), so the therapy group in improvement of symptoms is better than the control group.3,The negative of ACA after treatment: the negative rate of ACA after treatment in therapy group is 89.29%, control group is 68%, suggesting that the therapy group on negative of ACA is better than the control group.4,The levels of HCG and P: after and before treatment in HCG between the two groups are statistically significant (P <0.05), therapy group compared with control group has more significant(P <0.01). Suggesting that the therapy group is better than the control group in significantly influenceing the level of HCG.Conclusions:1,Taieran decoction has good effect on the treatment of RSA caused by ACA (+),so as to provide a effective and safe treatment of the theoretical basis for clinical medicine and be worthy of further research applications.2,Taieran decoction can effectively make the ACA (+) negative in the blood of pregnant women ,and provide a new treatment ideas in clinical treatment of RSA with ACA (+). This is worthy pursuing further study.3,Taieran decoction can significantly increase levels ofβ-HCG, P of pregnant women, then improve the success rate of pregnancy.
