| Objective:To study the effect of conventional acupuncture cooperated with ZiwuLliuzhu acutheropy on the stomach mucosa of rabbits with acute gastric mucosal lesion(AGML), By observing the changes of UI, MT, HSP70, discuss the mechanism of injury repairing of Stomach mucosa under conventional acupuncture cooperated with ZiwuLliuzhu acutheropy,then provide us experimental theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods:40 rabbits (bisexual each half) were randomly divided into 5 groups:blank group,model group, conventional acupuncture group,XUSHI acupuncture group,CHENSHI acupuncture group with 8 rats per group. The stomach mucosa injury models which were set by gastric administration with ethanol were treated for 7 days,after finishing treatment, the stomach mucosa was extracted for measuring UI, MT, HSP70。Results:1,Compared with blank group, the injury index in model group was remarkable higher (P<0.01), the models were made successfully;The UI in CHENSHI acupuncture group was remarkable lower compared with blank group and model group (P<0.01); compared with conventional acupuncture group and XUSHI acupuncture group, the UI in CHENSHI acupuncture group was decreased obviously and the deference was remarkable significant (P<0.01); there is no deference between conventional acupuncture and XUSHI acupuncture group (P> 0.05)2,Stomach mucosa in CHENSHI acupuncture group has the highest MT, HSP70 then other groups, and the deference was remarkable significant (P<0.01); Stomach mucosa in blank group has the lowest MT, HSP70 then other groups, compared with the other groups, the difference was remarkable significant (P<0.01); There was no statistical significance of MT, HSP70 between conventional acupuncture and XUSHI acupuncture group (P>0.05)Conclusion:The treatment of conventional acupuncture cooperated with ZiwuL 1 iuzhu acutheropy can decrease the UI of AGML rabbits,promote the synthesis and secretion of MT, HSP70, then repair the injuried Stomach mucosa. |
