1 ObjectiveTo explore attenuation that serum containing drug of ShenQiFuZheng injection treatment on immunosuppression caused by chemotherapeutics.2 Methods2.1 Making serum containing drug of ShenQiFuZheng injectionTwenty male Wistar rates are divided into drug serum group and control group. Drug serum group is injected through caudal vein with ShenQiFuZheng injection twice a day and five times in total. Control group are injected with 0.9%NaCl solution instead of ShenQiFuZheng injection and others are the same. All the rates'blood are collected from abdominal aorta and then serum are Separated, filtered with 0.22um filter membrane, preserved in-80℃freezer.2.2 Treating cellsResearches are divided into drug group and control group. In drug group, RAW264.7 cells are treated with Fluorouracil Injection, Cisplatin Injection, drug serum and in control group no-drug serum is used instead of drug.2.3 Detecting resultsTreated RAW264.7 cells are detected with Microplate Reader.Observe effect on Fluorouracil Injection, Cisplatin Injection,serum containing drug of ShenQiFuZheng injection on cell multiplication of RAW264.7 cells.3 results3.1 Fluorouracil Injection and Cisplatin Injection can inhibit multiplication of RAW264.7 cells obviously.3.2 The serum containing drug of ShenQiFuZheng injection can promote RAW264.7 cells multiplication.3.3 The serum containing drug of ShenQiFuZheng injection can produce attenuation on immunosuppression caused by Fluorouracil Injection and Cisplatin Injection.4 ConclusionsIn vitro environment ShenQiFuZheng injection can promote RAW264.7 cells multiplication., and improve immunosuppression caused by chemotherapeutics. It can induce same trend and different intension of attenuation on different types of chemotherapy drugs.
