Professor Zhang Shengrong Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure In 45 Cases Of Clinical Observation

Objective:To study the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on treating Chronic Renal Failure. To Study the significant importance of the usage of Chinese traditional medicine in improving the clinical symptoms of CRF, slowing down the process of CRF and improving the healthy condition of the patients.Method:The study took forty five patients with CRF From march,2010 to November,2010, who had taken on the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine in the nephrology in Beijing Hospital Of TCM affiliated to Capital Medical University. The treatment contain all stem-cell based therapies,herbs water based on syndrome differentiation Haikunshenxijiaonang,Cordyceps P.E, and the course of the treatment is half a year. At the end of the treatment, the change of symptoms and BUN,Scr,24hUTP,GFR of the patients with CRF were observed and statistically analyzed in the self-control method. At the same time, I summarized the disease name of CRF in Chinese traditional medical science, the etiology and mechanism of CRF and Chinese medicine for the treatment of CRF.Results:With the comprehensive routine treatment and oral Chinese Tradition Medicine treatment, the total curative rate on treating CRF is 64.44%, and the inefficiency is 35.56%.There was a noticeable difference by the auto-control study. Scr,BUN of most of the patients decreased significantly(P<0.05) and GFR rose markedly(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms and physiochemical index were all improved, and the total curative rate is 64.44%. There was a noticeable difference on clinical symptoms after the study(P<0.01). Their 24hUTP decreased remarkably(P<0.05) comparing to before the treatment.No patient recorded any adverse effects.Conclusion:Curing CRF through this way could significantly improve the patients'healthy condition with the positive changing in clinical performance, symptom and laboratory physiochemical index, and It is worth generalizing further.
