Tcm Rule Of Diabetic Foot Ulcers Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the effect of the treatment in diabetic foot with myogenic golden paste and cream, according to the differentiation of symptoms and signs of wound surface, as well as the guiding ideology of TCM External Treatment. Then to expound the action characters of topical herbs,and provide ideas that may refer to for other topical herbs'examination and widely used in clinical.Methods:60 patients with diabetic foot ulcers were randomly divided into two groups under the same processing method and routine local treatment, such as controlling the blood glucose, anti-infection, improving circulation and treatment of complications:the control group of 20 cases with metronidazole solution; the treatment group of 40 cases with golden cream for damp-heat toxin and myogenic cream for deficiency of qi and blood. The changes of the aspects of local swelling, pain changes, the depth and size of the wound of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment to observe the effect of differences. Before and after the treatment, patients of the treatment group were tested of blood, urine, the liver and renal function and ECG testing to evaluate the drug safety.Results:11 patients of the treatment group were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective, and 3 cases were noneffective, total effective rate 92.50%; control group,0 cases recovered,3 cases were markedly effective, 14 cases were effective,3 cases were noneffective, the total effective rate 85.00%. The total effective rate in treatment group is superior to the control group (P<0.05); the control group:in the aspects of local swelling and pain changes, there were statistical difference, but in the depth and size of the wound, there were no statistical significancenot; there were statistically difference in the four indicators of the treatment group before and after treatment. And there were no Significant change in the tests of blood, urine, the liver and renal function and the ECG of the patients of the treatment group to evaluate the drug safety. The results indicated that was safe to use the drug of the experimental group with the guiding ideology of TCM External Treatment to treat diabetic foot ulcers.Conclusion:There are dramatic efficacy in relieving tissue pain and swelling, promoting healing as well as tissue newborn in wound by the means of myogenic golden paste and cream according to the differentiation of symptoms and signs of wound surface. Sydrome differentiation and guiding drugs to illness station help in the wound healing, as well as safety, and make the most advantage of TCM External Treatment.
