Chinese Medicine "acupoint Application" Clinical Efficacy Of The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients With Lung And Kidney Qi Deficiency

Objective:To observe the influence of clinical symptoms,lung function,effects of 6-minute walk test,Body Mass Index,the treatment course and hospital stays after the point application therapy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with deficiency of the lung and the kidney。Methods:Will be 120 cases of stable COPD patients with deficiency of the lung and the kidney were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated only with bronchia relaxation agent,long-term oxygen therapy and rehabilitation therapy. Treatment group was treated with bronchia relaxation agent,long-term oxygen therapy,rehabilitation therapy and the point application therapy in dog-day.The point application therapy is made up of baijiezi,gansui,xixin,shengmahuang,bingpian,Grinding those Chinese herb medicine into powder and stiring it with ginger juice.Piont choice(feishu,pishu,shenshu,shanzhong,guanyuan,qihai,zusanli,gaohuang).Then gathering the information of clinical symptoms,lung function,effects of 6-minute walk test,Body Mass Index,the treatment course and hospital stays per quarter after nine months of treatment.Result:The results of clinical symptoms:Clinical symptoms had been improved significantly in treatment group(P<0.05)which has significant difference after point application therapy compared with the control group (P<0.05).Pulmonary function:After the study period,there are significant difference in spirometry results in treatment group(P<0.05),but there are no significant difference in spirometry results in control guoup (P>0.05).6-minute walk test: Both 6-minute walk test of the treatment group and control group can be improved (P<0.05);,but he healing efficacy of the treatment group is more better than the control group(P<0.05).Body Mass Index:After the study period,there are no significant difference in spirometry results in either guoup(P>0.05).The treatment course and hospital stays:the treatment course and hospital stays of both the treatment group and control group can be reduceed (P<0.05),but the treatment group is more better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of the point application therapy can improve the clinical symptoms,lung function,effects of 6-minute walk test, and alleviate symptoms of patients, decrease the risk of future episodes, reduced the treatment course,improve quality of life of patients.
