Along with the gradual resuscitation of the global economy and rapid evolution of civil aviation industry, various opportunities and challenges appear in the Chinese aviation market. Facing continuous expansion of business scale, under actual conditions such as increased market demand, dropped fuel price, and support & assistance from the government, etc., aviation companies urgently need to strengthen enterprise core competence, enhance responses to market changes, and achieve sustainable developed operation capability and competence. In view of the market and current industry condition, this article would like to redesign the organization structure of Aviation Company A to realize the purposes of optimizing resources configuration, modify resource management and supervision methods and improve organization functionality, to ultimately establish an internal mechanism which meets the needs under the new situation.This article bases on the initial analysis of impacts caused by the present, organization structure of Company A on strategy realization, enterprise business scale, production operation, team building, motivation mechanism etc., and demonstrates the necessity of organization structure redesign. Then, the author analyzes the long-term development, management & supervision methods, expansion of business scale, and strategy realization of Company A. This article raises the necessity of setting up an organization structure of multiple combinations with business departments and system as the core and the redesign principle. Further more, it sets forth design principles and proposals of several primary organization structures of the Company A organization structure redesign, such as Overall Redesign of Company A, Business Affairs Committee, Operation Supervision Centre, etc., which are also the research focuses of this article. Finally, brief introduction is given on assumption of the establishment of position installation, performance management etc. chain mechanism of Company A after the redesign.There are still inadequate thoroughness and lack of details in the research of this article, which also reminds the author of more attention and improvements during the future work and study. This article is just presented as the fruit of the study during a certain period, and the author will be gratified for any guidance and corrections.
