Recruitment is of the base of human resources management. It can ensure organizations to achieve high performance. Effective recruitment means recruiting right person at right time for the organizations. Front-line employees of five star hotels make a great impact on the whole management of hotels. It is important to improve the recruitment efficiency of front-line employee.This paper makes a clear description of front-line employee's recruitment management through interview and investigation JJ hotel in Chengdu. Then it makes an analysis based on human resource management theories and investigation data, studies the risk existed in front-line employee's recruitment, explores the ways to keep away the risks, gives several measures of control risks of front-line employee's recruitment.
