Supply chain management is facing the demand uncertainty caused by the globalization of markets and individual diversification of consumer behavior. Whereas, the current supply chain structure has gradually changed from a centralized control for the distributed control. So, the coordination decisions are investigated under fuzzy demands by using the more realistic bilevel decision model which describes the supply-purchase system.Based on the fuzzy set theory, and by using signed distance method and fuzzy random simulation, the credibility theory of fuzzy set, this paper investigated the coordination decisions for manufacturer and retailer in the bilevel decision system under fuzzy demand, namely, the Stackelberg equilibrium strategy. Focus on the angle from the manufacturer, it explored the making of ptimal length of the credit period and quantity discounts coordination decisions. The main focuses and innovations of this paper are summarized as follows:1,Considering the fuzziness of the index of price elasticity in a bilevel supply chain system, the trade credit with fuzzy demands is studied. Compared to previous related studies, this paper extends the reaserch of trade credit to the uncertain environment, expanded the cope of theory research, but also supplied decision guidance for supply chain members in complicated market environment;2,Different from the previously traditional researches, it sudied the trade credit decision with allowable shortage, is more realistic and propitious to enterprise decision;3,The more complicated bilevel quantity discounts coordination model was desighed under fuzzy random enviroment. Furthermore, it considered the situation of capital-constrained multi-product, and the hybrid intelligent algorithm for determining the optimal coordination decisions was developed. Compared to the present sutdies, it expanded the research cope about quantity discounts in bilevel supply chain system;4,It developed the more flexible quantity discounts(such as the taking the quantity discounts intervals as decision variables, not given parameter in traditional studies), inriched the reference information for decision, so expanded the decision space of enterprise.
