Team managers have been generally aware of the importance of organizational effectiveness, and a considerable number of organizations have begun to use the team, but empirical research between the team level variables and team effectiveness is few. The article constitute the basic structure of models and assumptions on the basis of the previous review of literature.We conducted a questionnaire survey to the employees of Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, andTaiyuan. This paper start from Perceived Organizational Support to the theoretical framework for the IPO model to study the relationship between Perceived organizational support and team effectiveness the process variables team reflexivity.The conclusions are as following:(1) Perceived Organizational Support is not significantly different because of gender, level of education ,but significant differences in age, the time joined the team The further Analysis indicates that :Perceived Organizational Support of 30-40-year was significantly higher than the age of under 30, is not significant to the age of above 40; Perceived Organizational Support of members join the team of 5-10 years age was significantly higher than the members join the team less than 5years, But not significant with the members join the team more than 10 years.(2)The level of team reflexivity is significantly different because of sizes and types. The further Analysis indicates that: The level of team reflexivity in more than 15 teams is significantly lower than 6-10, 2-5 teams; The level of team reflexivity in 10-15 teams is significantly lower than 6-10, teams. The level of team reflexivity in R&D teams is significantly higher than the other four types of teams.(3)Perceived organizational support is positively correlate to team reflexivity and its subdime nsion reflection and adaptation. Perceived organizational support is positively correlate to team effectiveness its sub-dimension contextual performance and task performance. team reflexivity is positively correlate to team effectiveness.(4) Perceived organizational support can forecast team reflexivity at a significant level. Perceived organizational support can forecast team effectiveness at a significant level. Perceived organizational support can forecast contextual performance higher than task performance. team reflexivity can forecast team effectiveness at a significant level. Team reflexivity played the role of intermediary between Perceived organizational support and team effectiveness, the intermediary rate of 55.15%.
