But I believe that with the great growth of our Chinese business groups, the huge benefit of HR shared service will show. During the process of building HR shared service center, business groups must be various obstacles. If these couldn't be handled well, the development of shared service will slow down and even stop. In all, it's really valuable to study the key factors of building HR shared service center during the HR transformation.To fulfill the purpose, I use the method of case study and interview to know the process and overall picture of building HR shared service center from homeland to abroad. In the mean time, I consolidate and summarize the difficulties and obstacles, and find out the essential s of them .Finally, I conclude the methods and ideas based on Chinese business group when building the HR shared service centersBased on my study, the key obstacles of building shared service center are coming from: the conflicts when reassign the resources, the gap of HR's knowledge and skills between current status and future and the no-match of HR information system and HR process. All of three are affecting the development of HR shared service center.To turn over these obstacles, when building the HR shared service, Business Group in China need to set up the mind of step-by-step change and use both hard and soft tools to handle the conflicts.
