It effectively monitors and manages the comprehensive and centralized IT resources such as network systems, mainframe systems, and database systems etc. Standardized management of IT service improves the real quality of IT service.ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) that the Information Technology Infrastructure Library, as IT management best practices has become an international standard for IT management. The core structure of ITIL is based on the life-cycle services, the operation axis is the service life-cycle strategy.In this paper, based on ITIL theory, discussed the IT framework of the financial enterprise, and research and analysis of the ITIL framework in 13 core management workflow such as: service-level management, IT financial management, Capacity management, IT service continuity management, availability management, configuration management, change management, release management, incident management, problem management, knowledge management, IT help desk and directory services, etc. This essay analyzed the ITIL implementation of China Unionpay, And discussed the IT service integration for financial enterprise from different points of view.Because the IT service management in domestic financial enterprises is still in the initial stage. Some of points of view in this paper still need a long-term observation and also need to improve.
