| Nowadays, internal audit has been coming into the whole processes of economic and management activities, and has been using the methods and theories of management control. So it is playing a more important role in the enterprises, especially in the enterprises which have many branches. It is a very big question to the top managers is how to establish an efficient audit system to control the whole enterprise well and help the headquarters to check the effect of controlling all the branches on money, rules and HR systems, and exam if the managers of branches are loyal and trustable in their work.This article analyzed the situation of China enterprise groups and their needs on strengthening their management control. Also, this article analyzed a real case of a famous multinational company on how it used internal audit as a management tool to keep its continual, stable and fast development. It analyzed the audit organization's independence in this company, the audit range which is focus on internal control and management, the function of management consulting as a value-added service and the result of strengthening control power. It pointed out the advantage and the weakness of FE Company's audit system based on group management control target, and gave FE Company some good advice. Finally, this article gave other domestic company some useful advices which were from analyzing the latest research and the successful experience of FE Company.The value of this article is focused on practicability. It discussed the functions of internal audit by analyzing the latest research, FE Company's experience and author's own experience in audit and MPAcc study. It has showed the methods which FE used by figure and cases. The author wants this article to be a reference for growing companies by researching the experience of FE Company's internal audit based on management control target. It is creative that this article improved the methods of risk rating by quantifying. |
