Along with the graduate open-up of domestic insurance market, in order to keep the leading position under the increasingly fierce market competition and enhance the absolute market share, China Life Insurance Company Limited has to fully understand the composition of clients and their corresponding buying behavior and service expectation. Data warehousing and OLAP technology will be the answer.Starting from the operations practice of life insurance business at Yangzhou subdivision and based on the deep understanding and analysis of its clients' classification and policy, this paper tries to utilize data warehousing and OLAP technology to deeply mine the clients' info and then apply the analysis results to the daily work of marketing and customer service. |
