Based On A Set Of Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Analysis Of The Integrated Innovation Capability

With the rapid growth of our country economy, all kinds ofinconsistent and restricted factors are being accumulated continually. Theway that remains economical growth by a large of devotion andconsumption needs to be changed urgently, innovation is the basiceffective way to choose. At present, improving enterprises integratedinnovation capability has become a key point to adjust economicalstructure, change the way of growth, and improve competence ability ofcountry and area. So, realizing the essence of integrated innovationcapability accurately, understanding the effect of enterprises integratedinnovation activities by evaluation systems scientifically, guidingenterprises to improve themselves integrated innovation constantly, arenow impending missions we must undertake.From the perspective of enterprise, this dissertation discusses theconnotation, character and structure based on the analysis of theintegrated innovation theory. It concludes that technological innovation isthe core element in the structure of Integrated Innovation, but it cannot beequivalent to integrated innovation. Furthermore, it's also decided by thecapability of institutional innovation. Thence, this dissertation builds upthe structure of enterprise integrated innovation capability from threeaspects——enterprise technological innovation capability, enterpriseinstitutional innovation capability and integrated exterior capability.Enterprise technological innovation capability, enterprise institutionalinnovation capability and integrated exterior capability effect and sustaineach other. None of them is unnecessary. Based on these three elementsand detailed analysis, the dissertation prompts the evaluating indexsystem.Through the synthesis appraisal analysis of the integrated innovation ability to the domestic enterprise, further thoroughly studies the essentialfactor of the influence to the enterprise integrated innovation ability,confirms effect of appraisal model of the enterprise integrated innovationability from the integrated innovation ability three elements——enterprises technology innovation ability, the enterprise systeminnovation ability and integrated exterior resources ability. Finally, to theweak link in view of the integrated innovation ability of the domesticenterprise, this dissertation proposes several countermeasures and thesuggestion.
