Jiangsu Province, Ginkgo Industry Export-oriented Development Model

Gingko industry, which is harmonious with ecologic, economic and social benefits, is a sunrise industry. It is very important to develop gingko industry in protecting natural resources and improving ecological environment, helping farmers shake off poverty and march towards prosperity and promoting a sustained development of rural society. For many years, Jiangsu gingko industry has taken the road of outward oriented. However, at the end of last century, Jiangsu gingko industry and even China gingko industry had encountered frustration because of factors such as the finance storm in Asia. This makes people feel misgiving about the validity of the outward oriented development. Hereon, to promote the sustainable, steady and healthy development of Jiangsu gingko industry, it is necessary to further study certain patterns that we can make use of in the future.Through the review of the historical developmental process of Jiangsu gingko industry, author analyze the causes that have promoted the development of Jiangsu gingko industry and make certain the future development pattern of Jiangsu gingko industry– the development of outward oriented. Following relevant theories, author present the existing problems of Jiangsu gingko industry during its outward developing and further study the present outward patterns of Jiangsu gingko industry and put forward the future pattern, and deeply study"the strategy of going out"and"the strategy of introducing"and so on.Outward oriented development pattern of Jiangsu gingko industry is a complex system project, which includes many connections, and we will meet with many problems during implementing it. Only adopting effective measures can ensure smooth implementing of it. To advance the outward development of Jiangsu gingko industry, this thesis brings forward such measures as the establishing of the bases of export, the channels of export and leading enterprises, the helping of technology, the research and study on the international market and the cultivating on the competitive investment environment.
