Finally, the researcher byhimself citing his own experience of a central air-conditioning projectcase in an architecture industry expounds his research results from boththeory and practice.This research project based on predecessors' research results,has further expanded the following content. Regarding engineeringproject fund budget, not only in accordance to certain scientificprocedures and profession of fixed quantity standard, must be budgetedthe expense and cost of the engineering project, with the new conceptsthen into consideration such as the cost behavior, the foundation costsuperiority, the utilization optimization value chain, the JIT system andERP so on, but also must be enhanced the scientific nature andmanagement value of engineering project budget. Meanwhile, in order toeffectively implement the engineering project fund budget, the researchrecommends the establishment of artificial man-hour of fixed quantity storehouse, the company standard code storehouse, and the unificationequipment material price storehouse of the engineering project. Theresearcher maintains that every effort should be made to utilize theadvanced technical means and method to further strengthen themonitoring of engineering project budget funds.
