| The paper analyses the present situation and problems of Shanghai International Shipping Center and Yangtze Shipping, puts forward how to link the development between two parts in order to advance the growing of the Yangtze Delta and Yangtze area.In chapter one, the localization and present situation analysis of Shanghai International Shipping Center is discussed, the overall condition of Shanghai port and facing main questions and localizations is introduced. Future development is forecasted combining the constriction and layout.In chapter two, discusses the present situation and development of Yangtze inland river shipping, analyses the shipping, sea-routes and docks, main and branch lines, shipping companies along the Yangtze ports.In chapter three, the container throughput of the main ports along the Yangtze River is forecasted. According to the Yangtze River present condition of foreign trade and trend of development, foreign trade container production quantity is forecasted from 2006 to 2020 using multi-factor dynamic correlation analytic method and scene forecast method, and the river-and-sea coordinated transport demand is forecasted from Yangtze River to Yangshan port from 2006 to 2020.In chapter four, the linkage development between two parts is mainly discussed. The shortest feasible route expense model is founded, and then the different feasible multimodai transportation routes are put forward from Yangtze area to Shanghai.The final chapter is based on the front chapters. Constructions are proposed to promote the linkage development. The suggestions consist of Yangtze River inland shipping informationization, investment and financing mechanism and management system innovation.There is not much research on the linkage development between international shipping center and inland river shipping. The paper will have guiding signification to the linkage development between Shanghai international shipping center and Yangtze shipping. |
