Liquid Chemicals, High-end Logistics Services, The Competitiveness Of The Construction

As gradually carrying out the promises for the entry into WTO,China has already loosened the admittance requirement for foreign companies on the respect of shipping, logistics, forwarding and etc. Chinese logistics enterprises are facing more international competitions since more and more foreign enterprises in the field of logistics or forwarding come into China.This dissertation firstly analyses the characteristics and operation strategies of the modern logistics, then discusses the new development of modern logistics, supply chain management and the 3^rd party (4^th party) logistics. After that, this dissertation also makes a detailed analysis on the types of logistics services and concluded with four different types. Moreover, an analyzing model of logistics service market is set up and discussed. At last, logistics service suppliers are divided and defined carefully with a research on the competitive capability of them.The core part of this dissertation is the research on the core competitive capability and organization of high-level logistics service suppliers based on the analyses of the characteristics and basic construction of the core competitive capability.This dissertation makes an analysis on the differences of the core business competitive capability of Chinese logistics service suppliers. With the help of the real condition of company A, an analysis of the core competitive capability of the liquid chemical cargo service of company is made. And finally a suggestion is proposed also.
