The study introduces the background and significance which is the characteristics of work in T Expert Service Center (TESC), explains the main content of the old performance evaluation system of TESC, and indicates that old orientation and working of TESC result in problems on Complex employee relations, small Competition and Equalitarian and bad results of old performance evaluation system of TESC on lack of Inspirit, low Efficiency etc.Based on existed problems of the old performance evaluation system of TESC and new market orientation of TESC, the study emphasizes the necessary of the design about the new performance evaluation system of TESC, then the study draws out a new performance evaluation system according to Human Resource, Allocation and Training and explains its main contents.According to the analysis of the examples, by comparing the old system with the new one, the new system is efficient to settle the disadvantages of old performance evaluation system of TESC. |
