The research status and developments of using Renewable Energy Generation to generate electrical power in domain and overseas and management system of electrical power business are introduced in this dissertation; based on the technique of Renewable Energy Generation generating electrical power, GPRS-Internet, computer measurement and control technique, it designs Two-way electrical power transaction management, which responds in the policy and rule of law about the Renewable Energy Generation. This system realizes two functions: datum collection and analysis, information management. This system runs steadily, which can service in the Renewable Energy Generation generating electrical power, benefit in the exploitation and application of Renewable Energy Generation. It has high value of generalizing.
