Hydraulic support is one of the most important equipments in the fully mechanized coal mining method. Accompany with the development of the combined mining technology, the requirements of hydraulic support design are higher and higher, the requirements should not only guarantee consummate performance and high reliability, but also reduce the weight of the hydraulic support as much as possible.This thesis completed the analysis and simulation of the hydraulic support virtual prototype model by using the virtual prototype technology collaborative modeling and simulation technology. The hydraulic support virtual prototype model is firstly established in the soft of Pro/Engineer; realize the model data transferring through the internal interface between the soft of Pro/E and other simulation analysis soft, and realize the collaborative modeling of the hydraulic support virtual prototype model. Mainly uses the Parasolid interface files and other means; realize the model data transferring between the Pro/E three-dimensional model and the ADAMS kinematics model; analyze the kinematics model and finish the kinematics simulation by using the multi-body dynamics technology of ADAMS. Realize the model data transferring between the Pro/E three-dimensional model and the ANSYS finite element analysis model. Analyze finite element analysis model and finish the finite element structure static analysis by using the finite element analysis technology of ANSYS. This dissertation introduces the basic theory and methods about the finite element analysis soft ANSYS and the multi-body dynamics soft ADAMS, studies the key technical problems of modeling the hydraulic support virtual prototype model. On this basis, comparative study the results of the static analysis and kinematics simulation for the hydraulic support virtual prototype model. The best design scheme of the hydraulic support virtual prototype model optimum design is determined according to the analysis results. On the basis of analysis result, the design scheme of the hydraulic support which we study is feasible.On the basis of the multi-body dynamics model simulation analysis, the thesis finished the kinematics character optimum design of the hydraulic support structure, ascertained the actual size of the hydraulic support. And the thesis finished the finite element analysis for the key parts of the hydraulic support, the static analysis and strength check. Ensures the strength of the hydraulic support structural component according with the design requirement.The study of the thesis provides an accurate reliable design method for the hydraulic support design. The development cycle of the new product can be shortened efficiently and the development funds can be reduced greatly by using this new idea of hydraulic support design.
