Pulse compression is one of the most important signal processing method which could achieve the matched process of signal in modern high-resolution Radar system. Reducing the sidelobe of signal during the process of pulse compression, and making sure the dynamic range of the system will not be influence by the sidelobe of pulse compression signal, are important research in high-resolution Radar system.When the linear frequency modified signal processed by pulse compression, it will bring a sidelobe on the distance, this could mask the weak target echoes. This essay focuses on several method of sidelobe suppression.Firstly, the pulse compression signal through the mismatch processing window function achieves the effect of sidelobe suppression. Compared the performance of several window functions and combined with simulation analyzed. Including the basic window functions, this article analyses the two-way weighted method to study the sidelobe suppression. The third method of this part is the revised spectrum method, and the simulation results a good performance of sidelobe suppression.Secondly, the essay researches the adaptive signal processing in sidelobe suppression. After the analysis of Least-Mean-Square Algorithm and Recursive Least-Squares Algorithm, the simulation of this two processing methods, it can achieve good results. And the research of RMMSE method also gives us a good performance in sidelobe suppression. These results demonstrate the great performance in the sidelobe suppression.
