Design And Implementation Of Monitoring And Control System Of Tt&c Rader Integration

With development of TT&C tracking technology, in TT&C radar subsystem of TT&C system, the original indepentant working state of TT&C radar control unit and monitor and control unit can not satisfy efficiently the requirements of developing TT&C tracking technology. In order to be coincident with the requirements, it is urgent to design and realize the monitor and control integration system of TT&C radar.Making the function demand of the monitor and control integration system as starting point and on the basis of system engineering concept, the paper analyses and demonstrates in detail the overall design,hardware design software design and their realizing methods. It Lays stress on the design of PCI encoding card and time code demodulation; Analyses in theory the real-time controlling object and loop characteristics and makes choice to controlling adjuster and builds the digital-controlling model during the system hardware design. It Divides the software modules; Analyses in detail and explains the parts data flow of software; Descibes the important modules design of software and concerned algorithm during the system software design. Through the hardware and software design, the final design of monitor and control system is finished. the results of system specifications test and actual demonstration are given in the paper at last. The design of the monitor and control integration system of TT&C radar makes hardware simple and software becomes common use, improves the system performance and its reliability, realizes the integration of system monitoring and radar controlling in real meaning.The monitor and control integration system of TT&C radar is efficient through practical application, operating well and reaching the designing goal.
