At present, China Telecom has two urgent problems in the back-end technical support:A. Timely sharing of data between the province and the Group.B. Group's business order will be promptly sent to the provinces's Crm System for the rapid construction.To solve the problems, The Telecom Group has built a Data Exchange Pivot System. It is responsible for the Group's business platform data interface. Province also need to build a Data Exchange System of Crm for data exchange with the Group Data Exchange Pivot System.This paper describes the construction background of Crm Data Exchange System, and researchs on the key technologies, including Web Services, XML, Web Services interface design, and study the technical design principles of Web Services.According to the demands of business in Ningxia, and the number of inter-provincial business between Ningxia Company and Group, designed the 7 data exchange interfaces and the data exchange protocol and business objects.Based on the study and design, the construction of Crm Data Exchange System of Ningxia Telecom has support the full-service operator in Ningxia effectively. The system is operating normally, reliable performance and reached the construction target.
