As studies of relative organization demonstrates, the leak of electronic documents using the USB removable storage device has become the main way of the intranet information losses. Therefore, it is necessary to provide information security for removable storage device in intranet electronic documents.In this paper, an intranet security management system is designed with an analysis of current condition of intranet security, and related techniques of security management in removable storage device are mainly researched. Two modules for identification and file filtering of removable storage devices are designed and implemented based on the analysis of the architecture of the intranet security management system. The Rijndael-RC4 algorithms are proposed for file filtering and encryption after the analysis of current encryption algorithm. These algorithms improve the security of key generation by optimizing the RC4 algorithm with Rijndael algorithm. Besides, simulation test for two improved Rijndael-RC4 algorithms is given. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed Rijndael-RC4 algorithms are feasible and efficient. Furthermore, the security management of removable storage devices mentioned in this paper provides dual protection for the leak of electronic documents using the USB removable storage device in intranet electronic documents. |
