Finally combing the expert marking to the utilization of Fuzzy Evaluation method, it obtains the synthesis score for the non-quantitative indicator which provides the basic mo- del for realizing the evaluation of innovation efficiency about scientific researc- h team.Finally,conducted an empirical study by taking a certain scientific research team in Yanshan university as an example. Utilizes the above evaluation model to evaluate the innovation efficiency about the team and proposes improvement strategy in view of the evaluating results.
