Study On The Synthesizes Quality Raise Of University Student Based On The Social Demand

The university student integrated quality training based on the social demands meets the social and economic development, and is also the new demands which proposed by the employers to the talented person in the new time. Based on theories on talent training theory, education theory, education administration and social demands, as well as teaching practice of foreign universities, this thesis discusses the problems in university student integrated quality training of China. The author of it pays attention to improving university student integrated quality training system, and puts forward comprehensive suggestions on how to strengthen training of college students.First of all, the thesis determines the research target and introduces the relative theories. It points out problems that should be paid sufficient consideration and carries on the reason analysis through making comparison of the development status of university student integrated quality training between at home and abroad, and the situation that our university students could not meet the social needs; Connected with relative opinions put forward by domestic scholars, it point out the necessity of improving university student integrated quality training system based on social demands.Next, the thesis improves the university student integrated quality training system based on social demands. It carries on the data statistical analysis through the questionnaires to university students and enterprises, definite the factors of the university student integrated quality training system and carried out feasible analysis of it. It has proved that this system is effect in university student training practice through the implementation of the training system.Finally, the thesis proposed the suggestions on strengthening university student integrated quality. It pointes out explicitly that strengthen university students integrated quality from the government, public, the employer, the university, the family and student own angle to adapt social demands better.
