| Purpose Retrospective analysis of clinical data to explore the characteristics of the blood system damage, for timely and correct diagnosis and treatment help.Methods Uses the computer medical record management system management system to retrieve in January, 2008 --2009 year in October I courtyard admitting to be clear about the diagnosis is the SLE in hospital case, altogether 325 examples, is accompanied by the systema sanguineum impairer 190 examples. Alone or in combination with glucocorticoid therapy on many types of damage to blood system effective, combination therapy more effective.6. Some glucocorticoid therapy alone ineffective blood system damage, the treatment is effective.7. SLE patients leukopenia and thrombocytopenia treatment effect is better than the therapeutic effect of anemia. |
