| Objective:To study the clinical effects and mechanism of Yang Xue Yi Qi Fang in tearing COPD.Methods:60cases of acute exacerbation of COPD with TCM syndrome of Han Chuan were randomly divided into two groups.Among them 30 cases had been treated with ceftriaxone sodium and diprophylline for10 days.The other 30 cases treated with Yang Xue Yi Qi Tang on the base of the observer group served as a control group.The clinical study of both groups before and after treatment was observed.The changes of the main symptoms,signs in the COPD were tested before and after treatment.We have observed the therapeutic effect of Yang Xue Yi Qi Tang in adjusting the imbalance of IL-8 and TNF-a that exist in the serum and BALF of laboratorial rats.Results:The prescription of Yang Xue Yi Qi Tang can obxiously treat COPD.The experiment shows that the prescription of Yang Xue Yi Qi Tang can obviously inhibition the inflammation reaction of laboratorial rats.Conclusions:Yang Xue Yi Qi Fang is obviously effective on the COPD treatment. |
