Each patient was reviewed according to BI-RADS final assessment category system. the mammographic features was devided into mass(margin, shape), local dense infiltration, malignant calcifications. A study was performed to analysis the relationship between the mammographic features and the expression of C-erbB-2,VEGF. Using 2 test to decide the correlation of them with SPSS13.0 software P<0.05 is statistical significance. Results: C-erbB-2 express in foci with malignant calcification was higher than the foci without calcification and osculant calcification(x~2=11.718,P<0.05) .expression of VEGF in masss with spicular margin was higher than those without spiculation (x~2=3.985, P<0.05).Expression of VEGF in foci without calcification was higher than the foci with malignant calcifications and osculant calcification (x~2=18.486,P<0.05).Conclusions: The mammographic features of the breast carcinoma had some correlation with the expression of C-erbB-2,VEGF.It is a feasible to predict the expression of C-erbB-2,VEGF in breast carcinoma. So the biological behavior can be assessed by mammographic features which provide information for prognosis and therapy. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Breast carcinoma Mammography C-erbB-2, VEGF | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
