Investigation And Analysis On The State And Influencing Factors Of Children's Kashin-beck's Disease In Rang Tang Village Of A'ba Area, Sichuan Province

Objective:to research the the epidemic condition and some possible relevant factors of children's Kaschin-Beck disease (KBD) in RangTang Village of A'Ba area by preliminary investigation on Prevalence and Influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of Kaschin-Beck disease.Method:at first, there're 310 children in our investigation, they was examined by the scale related to KBD, prevalence situation was observed preliminarily.Then the further survy was carried out using self-made scale and these datas were analysed by Regression Analysis Method.The correlation between them as well as some possible relevant factors of the disease in this area may be sure;Finally, to understand the tcm symptoms of patients,they were also observed and analysed.Result:1,it was displayed by Statistical Analysis:the prevalence rate was 1.61%.Amone them, the girls had a higher incidence of KBD than boys(samples were 197 boys and 113 girls, correspond to 3 and 2 cases). while there was no statistical difference, that is to say,there's no sex differences2,Among these factors (family income,genetic factor,domestic environment, Iodized salt-taking, the resource of salt and water.etc), domestic environment, Iodized salt-taking, the resource of salt had statistical meaning. After analysed by Regression Analysis, these 3 factors were related with its happening, and became the influencing factors of this disease.3,we can obtain a result from the research of the tcm symptoms, patients mainly presented as cold pain,the pain place not moving,joint pain aggravating encount cold; hectic fever, dim complexion;purple tongue,white and greasy fur, thin and unsmooth pulse. We got summary that there were 2 tcm types of Syndromes(Cold Damp Syndrome and Phlegm-Turbidity and Blood-Stasis syndrome) by tcm theory in combination with local actual situations. Conclusion:at present the prevalence rate is low in RangTang Village of A'Ba area,1.61%。By further investigation, we got result that these 3 fators:domestic environment, Iodized salt-taking, the resource of salt were related with its happening. There were 2 tcm types of Syndromes(Cold Damp Syndrome and Phlegm-Turbidity and Blood-Stasis syndrome). These studies can provide reliable and theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of Kaschin -Beck disease. Also they can lay a foundation for medical workers to improve the level of treatment and research endemic disease.
