The Clinical Study Of Qingrehuayutang Treating Psoriasis Of Blood-heat And Blood Stasis Type And Its Influence On Mice's Vaginal Epithelial Cells And Empennage Squamous Epithelial Cell

Objective:To observe the clinial effect of Qingrehuayutang treating psoriatic of blood-heat with blood-stasis type and study Qingrehuayutang's infulence on mice's vaginal epithelial cells and empennage squamous epithelial cells.Method:Clinical Research:103 cases of psoriasis vulgaris are randomized into two groups---chinese medicine group(Qingrehuayutang group)and control group (Fufangqing daiwan group).during the 8-week treatment course,observeing the skin distribution range,erythema severity,scale thickness,soakage degree,itching degree and so on, to determine the effect.Experimental study:The mice with psariasis models are set up which simulate epidermis hyperplasia and parakeratosis in psoriasis.Observeing mitotic index and tail scale granular of the mice when they are applied with the chinese medicine group and Western medicine group,and seting up physiological saline negative control group.Result:Clinical Research:the healing rate and total effective rate of the chinese medicine group are 41.18% and 94.12% respectively while that of the control group are 15.38% and 78.85% respectively.There are significant deviation between the two groups(P<0.05).Experimental study:The experiment shows that qingrehuayutang can inhibit the mouse vagina epithelium mitosis and promote the formation of mouse tail scale granular.Conclusion:Qingrehuayutang has confirm curative effect of treating psoriasis vulgaris and low recurrence rate.The mechanism of action may be related with its effect of anti-microorganism,regulating immunity,anti-imflammatory,improving blood rheology, antioxi-dation,inhibiting epidermal cell multiplication,improving parakeratosis and relieving itching,etc.
