| Objective:By analyzing 88 cases of Henoch-Schonlein Purpur Nephritis (HSPN) in children cases, investigate the characteristics of the pathogenesis. Method:According to the clinical manifestations of the purpura nephritis in children, and design observe questionnaire; and collect and arrange the clinical data of the out-patient cases and the hospitalized cases which is relatively complete; establish a database; use the SPSS17.0 to statistical analysis it and then concluded.Result:1. HSPN easily occur in children over 3 years, in particular 4 to 12 years old,and boys more than girls; 2. and occur all the year round, in particular spring and autumn; 3.Infections are the most common predisposing factors especially the respiratory tract infections; 4. kidney damage are more occurring in HSP within lmonth course or both onset.5. Simple skin purpura is the most common first symptom of the HSPN. And the second is the gastrointestinal symptoms with abdominal pain.6.to appear in the urine hematuria were the most common of the HSPN in children.7.Blood type and heat thermal regime's reckless intrinsic type for the children are the most common allergic purpura syndromes.8.the duration of the disease is varied, the duration of the mild cases are 2-3months;serious can reach 5-6months. Conlusion: HSPN means allergic purpura induced renal injury, and always occurs in school-age children,and the renal injury most showed hematuria relatively long duration,most good prognosis, and between the duration and the prognosis there is no correlation. |
