Objective:To Investigate in the feasibility and safety with the operation of integrate Subparagraph,Fenestration, Exclusion, Cut expansion, Seton, Tube and Drainage to treat complex anal fistula, and Built a new standardized operation in the clinical application. Methods:By using randomized multicenter parallel experiment, the total case is 240,120 patients in the test group of" Subparagraph,Fenestration, Exclusion, Cut expansion, Seton, Tube and Drainage " procedure,120 patients in the control group of the " extended cutting and Seton operation.",then contrast the preoperative and postoperative safety index of two groups. Results:After trial,Anal incontinence, anal stricture, shift, deformation, etc, are low incidence in zhe test group.the colorectal pressure and low level of feeling test results:preoperative comparison of two groups (P> 0.05),postoperative comparison of two groups (P<0.01);compare Postoperative recovery of test group,(P<0.01);Compare postoperative recovery of control group (P<0.01),but the two groups of their preoperative and postoperative recovery difference compared, P<0.01. Two groups of postoperative rectal anal reflection level are statistically significant level. Conclusions:Test group was better than control group in the anus appearance and the protection of function, and suggests that the method has better control and security, and the operation of integrate subparagraph, fenestration, exclusion, cut expansion, seton, tube and drainage to treat complex anal fistula is a new standardized operation in the clinical application.
