| Objective:To observe the effect of Liangxuexiaoban and sanfen Formula to the platelet count, bleeding time, Megakaryocyte cells and the level of TNF-αand IL-4 in peripheral blood serum of ITP mice. Methods:Using the immune modeling method of intraperitoneal injection of cavy-anti-mouse platelet serum (APS) to establish BALB/C mice with ITP, Liangxuexiaoban and sanfen Formula have researched comparing with Weixuening particles as the positive control group to observe the changes in these indicators. Results:The platelets count was obviously raised, bleeding time was decurtation, marrow megakaryocyte was decreased and producing platelets megakaryocyte was multiplication, the levels of serum TNF-αand IL-4 were ascended in feeding Liangxuexiaoban and sanfen Formula. Comparing with model, there were significant deviation (P<0.05). Conclusion:The Liangxuexiaoban and sanfen Formula has the function to increase ITP model mouse platelets count, to shorten the bleeding time, to promote the marrow megakaryocytic maturation and to descend the levels of serum TNF-αand IL-4. It shows that the Liangxuexiaoban and sanfen Formula has therapeutic effect on ITP model mouse. |
