White clover(Trifolium repens L) is a perennial legume clover herbs.It originated in Europe,widely distributed in temperate and subtropical high-altitude areas,it is currently the world's most extensive distribution of one of the Legumes. Our country's Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan,Hunan,Hubei.Xinjiang and other places there are wild species distribution,the provinces south of the Yangtze River have large area planted.White clover leaves and stems soft,nutrient-rich,palatability,and tolerance trampled on,is mixed temperate regions perennial grass indispensable quality forage.In addition,the white clover have a strong resistance and adaptability, resistance barren and can be used as soil and water conservation and urban gardens and green plants,high ecological value.Can also make green manure,improving the slope,fertilization grip.Our country has abundant resources of white clover,however, because very little relevant research reports,seriously hampering the White Clover the rational use and development.The study collected a total of 62 domestic and foreign white clover seed resources,from the morphology,heat resistance of the evaluation and allozyme three aspects of genetic diversity assessment,aimed at understanding genetic germplasm resources White Clover Genetic diversity of background and status.For white clover in the evaluation of germplasm resources,the use of development,breeding,and so on the basis of data provided.1.White clover shape diversity of the identification results showed that 62 white clover gennplasm resources in the 15 morphological traits important indicators show great differences,the coefficient of variation from 14.32%to 76.51%.Factor analysis showed that the first five principal components accounted for 76.299 percent of the variance,they can be generalized to most of the variation.According to the score before the five-factor and factor in the rotation after the characters in the coordinates of the location,we have these three factors were named Ye-factor,plant factor,stolon factor.2.According to the Euclidean between the material,using SPSS 16.0 analysis software on 15 morphological cluster analysis showed that 62 white clover germplasm resources are mainly divided into three major categories.The first category of 11 germplasm resources to all the color is pink,belong to the middle type.The second category includes 21 seed resources,their color is white, overall performance is obviously tall plants,leaf area is larger,the number increased significantly inflorescence,developed stolon.These germplasm resources have the potential to pastures as high-yield and artificial turf establishment of the first material.The third category includes 29 seed resources,their color is white,overall performance is very low for the plant,the leaf area is very small,very small number of inflorescence.They have some characteristics of the turf grass,it could be the first Turf grass Breeding material.3.The results of 8 White Clover Germplasm Resources thermal analysis showed that in the artificial heat stress,as the temperature rose,white clover leaf relative decline in water content,increasing the relative permeability of cell membranes, Leaves proline content higher and increasing leaf chlorophyll content lower.These changes have a certain regularity,and the material differences between the changes。Used Five scoring methods on 8 White Clover Germplasm Resources heat resistance of the evaluation analysis's result show:Heat-resistant strength of the ranking is Nanouk>Yunnan Zhenxiong>Xinjiang Nanshan>Wuchang>Qian Qing>Revendel>Haifa>Jilin Baihe.Nanouk,Yunnan Zhenxiong,Xinjiang Nanshan and Wuchang are highly resistant germplasm。They can be used as breeding or the first material to breed heat-resistant varieties.4.By the EST and PER enzyme spectrum analysis,we detected a total of five alleles sites,including three sites is a multi-state。The mean number of alleles per locus is 1.6847;The mean effective number of alleles per locus is 1.3737;The percentage of polymorphic loci is 70%;The mean observed heterozygosity per locus is 0.5366;The mean expected heterozygosity per locus is 0.4098,it Show a higher polymorphism.5.According to White Clover Germplasm Resources genetic similarity,a cluster analysis results showed that 62 white clover germplasm resources can be divided into three main categories.Cluster results and the geographical environment has some relevance.There are a certain difference between this results and morphological analysis.It may be because the two research's methods,standards and be based on the principle are different.The results of the study showed that white clover is rich in genetic diversity,is also an excellent germplasm.
