| In order to show the effect of Silybum marianum (L.) Gaerth and FOS compound feed on swine production 30 three way cross bacon type pigs with starting weight 25kg of duroc×landrace×yorkshire or duroc×yorkshire×landrace were randomly divided into control group and test group by their weight and sex ,there was 3 treatment with 5 pigs each in these two group,in test group the Holy Thistle with FOS was added into the feed as the basis of the feedstuff. Antibiotics was added in the control group. The results shows:1. In the whole experiment term: The average of total body weight gain and daily weight gain of swine were no significant difference (P>0.05) after feeding for 93 days ,but the text group had increasing trend than control group in growing days. In growing days the digest ratio of crude fibre,crude protein,calcium and phosphorus of the text group was respectively increased 24.8%,8.8%,8.7% and 5.5% than the control group, and there were significant difference (P<0.05);in growing-finishing days, the digest ratio of crude fibre,crude protein,calcium and phosphorus of the text group was respectively increased 4.9%,19.6%,7.97%and 14.96% than the control group, and there were significant difference (P<0.05); The digest ratio of other nutrient compositions were all no significant difference (P>0.05).there were no significant difference on swine growing performance of the two group.2. Blood index, There was no significant difference in the erythrocyte,leucocyte and hemoglobin content of blood, the Globoglycoid for text group has increased 11.5% (P<0.05) . There were no significant difference on the totle albumen content of serum and albumin of the two group. The content of ALP of serum has decreased14.95% than control group. The content of CHE,AMY of serum for text group has increased 4.84% and 19.82% (P>0.05) than control group.There was no significant difference in the glucose content of serum, the content of BUN, CREA,UA for text group has reduced 19.4% (P>0.05),9.5% (P<0.05),30.05% ( P<0.05 )。The content of the serum calcium and serum inorganic phosphorus and kalium for text group has increased 3.12% (P>0.05) ,0.96% (P>0.05) and 4.71% (P>0.05) .There were no significant difference in the sodium ion and chloridion content of serum, the content of TC and TG for text group has reduced 19.23% (P>0.05) and 7.95% (P<0.05) than the control group.3. Naked body quality. the abatage rate and lean meat rate of text group has increased 1.89% (P>0.05) and 12.06% (P<0.05) than control group .The dorsi fat of a stock animal thickness of text group has reduced 12.08%(P<0.05), The loin-eye area of text group has increased 8.72% (P<0.05) . the protein and fat contents in the meat has increased 3.2% (P>0.05) and 11.81 (P<0.05). the saturated fatty acid content in the meat of text group has reduced 27.34% (P<0.05) ,the unsaturated fatty acid content in the meat of text group 15.78% (P<0.05) , the essential amino acid content in the meat of text group has increased7.79% (P<0.05). among the total amino acids ,the contents of GLU,ALA,GLY,ILE,THR which influence the taste of the meat of text group has increased 5.24% (P<0.05), 22.73% (P<0.05), 20.83% (P<0.05), 18.79% (P<0.05), 26.95% (P<0.05) .4. Economic returns. The income of the swine selling of text group has increased 63.87¥than that of the control group each .the economic returns has increased 145%. |
