| The thesis is based on the research of the effect of several metal ions on the growth and differentiation of the cells of Porphyra haitanensis thallus though enzyme digestion. The experiment indicated that the addition of Fe, Ca and Mn could increase the survival rate of the cells and it is benefit for the cells' differentiation into thallus. Low concentration of Zn could increase the survival rate of the Porphyra cells and the ratio of normal seeding, but the effect of Zn reversed at the concentration over 5umol/L. Cu was deleterious to the cell's growth and differentiation at all the concentration.Chlorophyll and carotenoid are important chemical substances in Porphyra, our study showed that the addition of Fe and Ca could increase the content of chlorophyll a and carotenoid, but the effect of Ca was not obvious until it reached lumol/L, and the e ffect d isappeared q uickly a fter t he d eprive of t he i ons. Z n h as function t o t he pigments synthesis at low concentration, the content of chlorophyll and carotenoid began to decrease at once the concentration of Zn reached 5umol/L. Mn could increase the content of carotenod, but it decreased the content of chlorophyll a at concentration over lumol/L. Cu decreased the content of the pigments at all the concentration in the experiment. The biliproteins could absorb the light for the utilization of photosynthesis assistantly, and on the other hand they are one of the criterions to evaluate the quality of the Porphyra. Fe and Mn could increase the content of the biliproteins. Ca at high concentration had the same effect to Fe an Mn, but the effect decreased quickly after the deprive of Ca. With the increase of the concentration, Zn first increased, then decreased the content of biliproteins. The addition of Cu damaged the bilisome, and destroyed the porphyra irreversiblely. |
