| In this study, the normal microflora in intestines of natural grazed sheep in alpine animal husbandry area was analysed by conventional microecological methods. A prebiotics was made of Bjfidobacteria QB9701, Lactobacillus QL9705 and Bacillus QA9707 which were screened from beneficial bacteria with the safty test, antagonistic assay in vitro and oligosaccharides utilizing test, et al. And a sybiotics was manufactured with probiotics and oligosaccharides to prevent diarrhoea of newborn lambs. The results showed that the preponderant microflora were Bacteroidaceae(8.17 ?0.39), Bjfidobacteria(7.84 ?0.42) , Lactobacillus (7.48 ? 0.37) and E. Ccli. (7.20 ?0.34), while staphylococcus and Bacilli were relatively low in intestines of sheep in alpine animal husbandry area. Screened beneficial bacteria had remarkably antagonistic effect on pathogenic E. Ccli and could significantly utilize by compound oligosaccharides. The preventive assay showed that the average diarrhoea rate in the group of sybiotics was 3.85 percent, 8.05, 5.15, 9.65 percent respectively lower than that in the control of oligosaccharides, probiotics and antibiotics, the survival rate was 95.4 percent, 8.2, 7.4, 10.8 percent respectively higher than that in the control. |
