The development trend of the hydraulic excavator is high efficiency, energy saving and intelligent. Combined with foreign country and inside's research actuality in resistance decreasing by vibration and soil parameters identification on hydraulic excavator, It's studied in this paper that applying dynamic imitating software ADAMS with powerful function and numeric computing software MATLAB, on the basis of interrelated theory on soil dynamics, imposed vibration and system identification, supported by the China National Hi-tec R&D Program (863 Program) "mechanical-electrical integration and manufacture informationize for hydraulic excavator". Some research result was introduced in the imitating experiment platform for hydraulic excavator vibratory cutting on ADAMS, and that acquires needful experiment data by this platform. Finally, got natural frequency of soil on oscillation by computation under appropriate identification arithmetic and program. The primary research content as follows:1. The dynamic intensity and distortion of soil under dynamic load were narrated in detail; the paper discussed energy connection among three vibratory parameters about natural frequency, swing and damp in the process of system vibrating. Contacted with theory on soil dynamic constitutive model and imposed vibration, the reciprocity model between bucket and soil was constituted, and then differential equation on this model was transformed to discrete equation for system identification, in order to get effective result on structure parameters for identification model.2. To consider with the peculiarity of parameter identification on soil, the paper discussed chiefly applying method on least square estimate and it's mend arithmetic in the practical identification process; moreover, established the model for parameter identification on vibratory cutting system, and confirmed appropriate identification arithmetic.3. As the result of restrict on actual experiment condition, imitating experiment platform for hydraulic excavator in ADAMS by transmit three dimension entity model existing in Pro-E to ADAMS; then choose right arith equation for cutting resistence, and load it to the hydraulic bucket of imitating model for imitate actual soil resistence; moreover, imitated vibratory cutting process on hydraulic excavator and contrast respectivly imitating result under vibratory cutting and general cutting process .Eventually, the paper gave the imitating experiment and actual experiment project on soil parameter identification under vibratory cutting for hydraulic excavator and carried it into execution. The research results showed that this imitating experiment platform could run credibility, identification arithmetic and program also could acquire valid identification result on natural frequency of soil, the imitating result is close to the actual numerical value and established relevant theory basis to realize self-adapt control and adjust on vibratory cutting parameters ultimately.
