In this paper , some reseach work on clear water mirror surface concrete technology has done combined with engineering practice as follows.1) The preparing mechanism of clear water mirror surface concrete has been studied,and the key technology forming mirror decorative effect is put forward that making the symmetrical distributing of gels and crystals produced by cement slurry hydrated on the surface of the PVC template .2) The mix proportion of clear water mirror surface concrete has been studied, then the optimum mix amount of the high efficiency compound water-reducing agent have been put forward and that fly-ash can make gels and crystals show an uneven distribution which effects the mirror surface result of concrete been pointed out3)The construction technology of clear water mirror surface concrete has been studied, then the main process principle and technological process of clear water mirror surface concrete have been put forward.4) The strategy of solving of the quality problems of clear water mirror surface concrete has been studied, then the quality control standard and the surface dressing technology of clear water mirror surface concrete have been put forward.5) The characteristics of the surface performance of clear water mirror surface concrete has been studied, then some mearsures to improve the quality of surface concrete have been put forward.
