The article has discussed actuality and developing direction of Reverse Engineering and rapid prototype integration system in china and fremdness. Expounded definition and sort and pivotal technology developing direction and excellence and disadvantage of Reverse Engineering and rapid prototype integration system. Then according to requirement of company, put forward building technical way and actualizing plan of Reverse Engineering and rapid prototype integration system.
