The Application Of Modern Control Technology Gdx1/x2-ch Oil Seal Packaging Machine (fz)

According to the problem and lack of electric control system aging, complex logic control, instability, lack of standby parts, maintaining hard and no data collection for the GDX1/X2 electric control system in our corporation, from the analysis of the cigarette packing technics and process of film packer, introducing PLC, Fieldbus and configuration software, this paper designed a new electric control system being composed of PLC, industrial control computer display system with touching screen and Profibus-DP Fieldbus I/O module on the basis of summarizing and discussing the developing and status of PLC, Fieldbus control technology and monitoring configuration software.Using the MicroII control system of GDX2 and the control technology of GD3000 cigarette packing machine for reference and considering the actual status of cigarette manufacturing corporation, Siemens Simatic S7-300 was used to programming and control in the new electric control system, Profibus-DP was used to collect data from machine and control I/O, WinCC of Siemens was use to configuration the control system. This new control system not only fulfils the control demands of cigarette packing but also has the function of running status monitoring, fault display, parameter modification, production data memory and analysis including shift output, expending of raw and processed materials, the ratio of raw and processed materials using and wasting. The machine will work more stably and with high efficiency and be easy to maintain and repair for the use of the new electric system.
