As the enhancement of naval ships' electronical degree , the structure of equipment and instrument becomes more and more complex, and the automatization degree becomes more and more high. Because the influence of many inevitably factors, equipment sometimes will appear various troubles which reduce so much as lose its scheduled function. At the same time, the increase of naval ship's noise vibration will reduce naval ships' acoustics characteristic, and to naval ship which has special purpose ,the endanger of noise vibration is much more important. So the on-line monitoring and trouble analysis to these equipments will be necessary. The distributed on-line vibration monitoring network system provides a solved project to the naval ships' revolved machine vibration monitoring based on the development of domestic and overseas naval ships.Aimed at the project of the distributed on-line vibration monitoring network system proposed by the China Shipping Industry Group, and applies the theory of signal monitoring, analyzing and transforming, this paper proposes vibration monitoring system scheme and places emphasis on the software and hardware design of the vibration signal processing unit based on DSP.This system adopts net expand scheme. Single unit includes vibration data collection, transmission and Real-time signal processor. Digital signal processor (DSP) and programmable logic device(CPLD) makes up of the main control, which provide convenience for the farther optimize. The paper introduces the project foundation, analyzes the characteristic of data processing system application object, and proposes the whole scheme of the distributed on-line vibration signal processing system. In the guidance of the whole scheme, the paper introduce the new chip TMS320F2812 detailedly, and gives detailed software and hardware design of Real-time signal processing unit which main includes the peripheral design of DSP and the realization of Fast Fourier Transform(FFT).
