| This theme is mainly based on the project of 100M Random sampling DSO(Digital Storage Oscillograph).And the task could be divided into two parts with the help of LabWindows/CVI,one is to develop the Instrument driver of the GPIB interface,the other is to develop the remote control panel software which could control the DSO in distance and process the data form the DSO. In the thesis,we will first introduce the basic concept of virtual instrument,the LabWindows/CVI6.0 development tool and the related hardwares;second,we will narrate the control panel of DSO ,which is developed in LabWindows/CVI6.0 with the appearance according to YB54xxx ,and the design of the program;third,introduce the knowledge of the instrument driver,and how to develop DSO instrument driver based on GPIB interface through the IVI method;In the end ,the acquisition, transform,display and the FFT process of the data will be discussed. Through the development of driver of the YB54xxx,wo can control the DSO in remote in the virtual instrument way, as the result,it can be used in Automatic Test System.With this thought ,we can develop the dirver of digital multimeter,function generater,power supply and switch device to construct a Automatic Test System. |
